About NeuroWiz

My own lived experience as someone who has walked the path of undiagnosed neurodivergence—alongside supporting loved ones who are neurodiverse— shapes everything we do here. I know firsthand the unseen challenges and quiet strengths that come with thinking, feeling, and growing differently. That journey and my psychotherapy training inspire my belief in a world where every mind is honored, every story matters, and support goes beyond labels. Our mission is to create a truly neuroaffirming future—where individuals and families are not only welcomed, but empowered to flourish in ways that are authentically theirs. This company is built to uplift, advocate, and innovate for every unique journey, because we believe our differences are our greatest strengths.

Mr. Nathan Bruce, a tertiary educator with over 15 years of experience and personal experience of ADHD, transformed his own early academic struggles into a lifelong passion for teaching students of all ages—from kindergarteners discovering letters to college learners mastering complex concepts.
Ms. Marianna Yu, an early childhood specialist with 10 years in the field and giftedness alongside undiagnosed ADHD, draws on her diverse career journey to create nurturing, play-based learning environments that honor each child’s unique pace and potential.
Prof. Simon Chan, a special needs authority renowned for his rigorous research and clinical work with Hong Kong students and families, is the founder of Multiple Family Narrative Therapy—an evidence-based model published internationally—that empowers families to co-author healing and growth.
Dr. Victor Lau, a student guidance veteran with over 20 years in youth counseling and clinical supervision, specializes in Narrative Group Therapy within schools to foster peer connection and self-advocacy. Together, they guide our work with compassion, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to celebrating neurodiversity.
Ms. Alexis Pang, a leadership and gifted trainer actively involved in gifted education work, serving as a founding member of the GIFTS Charity Foundation, dedicated to promoting the diverse development of youth. As a twice-exceptional professional with ADHD, she offers unique insights through lived experience and specialized expertise.
